Last Monday, the L&B team arranged a client appreciation dinner hosted by a NYC hedge fund at an exclusive hotspot in lower Manhattan. The evening commenced with a cordoned-off segment of the bar solely for guests while dedicated waitstaff clad in black Marc Jacob's ensembles embroidered with the fund's logo offered the group of 50 a plethora of delectable hors d'oeuvres and a signature champagne cocktail created specifically for our clients.
After the cocktail hour, guests were welcomed into the private room provided by the venue for a gastronome's fantasy of sauteed foie gras, escargots and truffles all paired with vintage champagnes culled from private cellars in the U.S. Throughout dinner, guests were treated to the sounds of a subtle jazz trio that enveloped them all in the chic ambience of the evening. Never has the coupling of business and pleasure been so exquisite.
